According to the rules set forth by Little League International®, all players MUST provide proof of residency (or of school attendance) in order to be eligible to be placed on a team. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy and this information must be verified each year and include the following:
PROOF of RESIDENCY or a completed SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM

If you reside outside our boundary but attend a school within it, Little League requires that you submit a copy of the School Enrollment Form.

For those residing within the City of Burbank, residence may be established and supported by documents dated or in force between February 1 of the previous year and February 1 of the given registration year. One item is required from each of the three groups listed below.
GROUP I
- Driver’s License (photo ID of parent(s) or guardian(s) with qualifying residence address)
- School records (home address of player’s parents or guardians)
- Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.)
- Employment records
- Insurance documents (with residence address)
GROUP II
- Welfare/child care records
- Federal records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
- State records
- Local (municipal) records
- Support payment records
- Homeowner or tenant records
- Military records
GROUP III
- Voter’s Registration
- Utility bills (i.e., - gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
- Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
- Medical records
- Internet, cable, or satellite television records
